What if I’m new to this type of workout?

There’s no better place to be! Our instructors are trained to deliver a safe and effective workout, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Instructors will offer modifications and adjustments throughout class. As always, take class at your own pace and do what’s best for YOU.

What is your class cancellation policy?

You’re required to cancel class (via website or app) at least 6 hours before class time. If you cancel within the 6 hour window or if you are absent from class, the following will result:

1.) Monthly members will be charged a $10 penalty fee.
2.) Class packs and single class credits will result in a loss of credit.

This helps ensure that everyone has a chance to get into class!

What should I bring to class?

We recommend normal workout attire and comfortable gym shoes. Don’t forget a water bottle! We have water fountains and bottle fillers here.

What if I’m late to class?

Our doors lock at the start of class for everyone’s safety so we unfortunately can’t accept late arrivals.

How does the Open Gym work?

The Open Gym is a “come as you go” setup. You’ll receive an email shortly after your membership purchase, which will include instructions on how to download your key card to gain access into our space. Open Gym hours are listed below.

M - TH: 6am - 8pm

F: 6am - 2pm

Sat - Sun: 8am - 12pm

Do you have showers?

YES! We have 3 showers in each of our Men’s and Women’s locker rooms. Both have ample space to shower, get ready, and head to work, home, or wherever you need to be.

Can I bring a guest to class?

Monthly memberships include 2 guest passes/month! Just be sure to reserve them a spot in class, which you can do from your account on our website or app.

How early can I arrive for class?

Doors open 15 minutes before class time. You’re welcome to use the classroom during this time to stretch or warm up before we get started together.

How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time by completing the contact form or emailing info@elevenfitessclub.com. You must do so at least 72 hours prior to your renewal date to avoid being charged again. Our Customer Service team will respond back as soon as possible to confirm your cancellation.
